Alpha Bank Group's capital adequacy ratio reached 16.8% at the end of fourth quarter of 2015, up from 12.6% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 16.8% in 4Q2015 and an all time low of 9.40% in 1Q2009.

The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 16.7% at the end of fourth quarter of 2015, up from 14.3% compared to the same period of last year and up from 12.4% when compared to the the previous quarter.

Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 147% at the end of 4Q2015, up from 120% when compared to the same period of last year.

When compared to bank's main peers, National Bank of Greece ended the fourth quarter of 2015 with a capital adequacy ratio at 14.6% and loans to deposits of 91.1% and Eurobank Group with 17.4% and 127% respectively.
