Alpha Bank Group made a net profit of EUR -622 mil under revenues of EUR 636 mil in the fourth quarter of 2015, down 41.3% and up 15.8% respectively when compared to the same period last year.

Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of EUR 3,528 mil in 1Q2013 and an all time low of EUR -3,244 mil in 4Q2011. The average profit in the last six quarters amounted to EUR -328 mil.

On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of EUR 636 mil in 4Q2015 and an all time low of EUR 202 mil in 1Q2012. The average revenues in the last six quarters reached EUR 596 mil.

When compared to bank's main peers, National Bank of Greece generated a quarterly net profit of EUR -2,050 mil with revenues of EUR 524 mil in 4Q2015, Piraeus Bank Group netted EUR -1,238 mil (revenues of EUR 605 mil) and Eurobank Group announced a net profit of EUR -175 mil (revenues of EUR 479 mil).
