When compared to total assets, bank's cost amounted to 2.51% in 2017, down from 2.67% a year earlier.
Staff accounted for 40.7% of total operating expenditures in 2017. The bank operated a network of 158 branches and employed 2,934 persons in 2017.
Comparing Bank Intesa Serbia with its closest peers, Komercijalna Banka Beograd operated in 2017 with a cost to income ratio of 63.5% in 2017, Societe Generale Serbia reached 65.9% and Raiffeisenbank Serbia some 57.7%.
