Ceskomoravska Stavebni Sporitelna's capital adequacy ratio reached 19.7% at the end of first quarter of 2017, down from 20.5% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 20.5% in 4Q2016 and an all time low of 14.8% in 2Q2014.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 19.7% at the end of first quarter of 2017, up from 16.6% compared to the same period of last year and down from 20.5% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 82.7% at the end of 1Q2017, down from 84.2% when compared to the same period of last year.
When compared to bank's main peers, Modra Pyramida Stavebni Sporitelna ended the first quarter of 2017 with a capital adequacy ratio at 15.0% and loans to deposits of 60.7%, Raiffeisen Stavebni Sporitelna with 16.2% and 63.5% respectively and Stavebni Sporitelna Ceske Sporitelny some 17.4% in terms of capital adequacy and 51.1% of loans to deposits at the end of the first quarter of 2017.
