CIB Bank's capital adequacy ratio reached 21.8% at the end of 2016, up from 16.7% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 21.8% in 2016 and an all time low of 9.20% in 2008.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 20.9% at the end of 2016, up from 12.5% compared to a year earlier.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 65.1% at the end of 2016, down from 77.2% when compared to the previous year.
When compared to bank's main peers, OTP Group ended the year 2016 with a capital adequacy ratio at 16.0% and loans to deposits of 78.2%.
