Combination of cost-cutting (number of employees dropped 26% since 2000), bank's restructuring, better balance sheet utilization and volume growth, all that contributed to impressive improvement in the bank's cost efficiency. From 71% in 2000, operating costs dropped to only 47% of total income in 2015. Impressive especially when being the largest retail bank in the country.
