ING Bank Slaski's non-performing loans reached 3.06% of total loans at the end of 2015, down from 3.79% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the NPL ratio hit an all time high of 26.5% in 2002 and an all time low of 2.08% in 2008.

Provision coverage amounted to 68.2% at the end of 2015, down from 72.5% compared to a year earlier.

The bank created loan loss provisions worth of 0.348% of average loans in 2015. That's compared to 0.518% of loans the bank put aside to its cost on average in the last five years.

When compared to bank's main peers, Pekao SA operated at the end of 2015 with NPL ratio of 6.53% and provision coverage of 71.9% and Bank Zachodni WBK with 7.30% and 70.3% respectively.
