Moravsky Penezni Ustav made a net profit of CZK 39.7 mil under revenues of CZK 367 mil in the first quarter of 2017, up 6201% and 378% respectively when compared to the same period last year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of CZK 49.4 mil in 1Q2012 and an all time low of CZK -47.5 mil in 1Q2013. The average profit in the last six quarters amounted to CZK 13.3 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of CZK 399 mil in 1Q2012 and an all time low of CZK -405 mil in 3Q2012. The average revenues in the last six quarters reached CZK 120 mil.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceska Sporitelna generated a quarterly net profit of CZK 3,528 mil with revenues of CZK 9,331 mil in 1Q2017, CSOB netted CZK 4,682 mil (revenues of CZK 9,709 mil) and Komercni Banka announced a net profit of CZK 4,081 mil (revenues of CZK 7,820 mil).
