PGNiG made a net profit of PLN 2,134 mil in 2015, down 24.4% when compared to the last year. Total sales reached PLN 36,464 mil, which is up 6.30% when compared to the previous year.
Historically, the company’s net profit reached an all time high of PLN 2,823 mil in 2014 and an all time low of PLN 793 mil in 2004.
In terms of sales, PGNiG reached an all time high of PLN 36,464 mil in 2015 and an all time low of PLN 10,909 mil in 2004.
PGNiG's net profit has grown -2.75% a year on average in the last five years while sales have increased by 11.4% a year since 2010.
The firm generated its shareholders an average return on invested capital of 5.38% in the last five years.
As far as PGNiG's peers are concerned, PKN posted a net profit and sales of PLN 2,837 mil and PLN 88,336 mil in 2015, MOL generated a net profit of PLN -256,554 mil (with sales of PLN 4,102,580 mil) and OMV Petrom netted PLN -676 mil (sales of PLN 18,145 mil).
