Historically, the bank’s costs reached an all time high of 54.7% of income in 2006 and an all time low of 33.7% in 2011.
When compared to total assets, bank's cost amounted to 2.33% in 2015, up from 2.15% a year earlier.
Staff accounted for 35.2% of total operating expenditures in 2015. The bank operated a network of 71.0 branches and employed 1,145 persons in 2015.
