When compared to total assets, bank's cost amounted to 2.13% in 2017, down from 2.23% a year earlier.
Staff accounted for 38.4% of total operating expenditures in 2017. The bank operated a network of 71.0 branches and employed 1,286 persons in 2017.
Comparing UniCredit Bank Serbia with its closest peers, Komercijalna Banka Beograd operated in 2017 with a cost to income ratio of 63.5% in 2017, Bank Intesa Serbia reached 46.5% and Raiffeisenbank Serbia some 57.7%.
