UniCredit Czech Republic generated total banking revenues of CZK 4,055 mil in the first quarter of 2017, up 4.59% when compared to the same period of last year and 3.55% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of CZK 5,024 mil in 1Q2015 and an all time low of CZK 2,131 mil in 1Q2008. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to CZK 3,847 mil.
Net interest income represented 56.2% of total revenues, fee income contributed 21.9% and other non-interest income added further 21.9% to the overall revenue generation in 1Q2017.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 2.19% total assets in the first quarter of 2017, down from 2.57% a year earlier.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceska Sporitelna generated total revenues of 2.85% of assets in 1Q2017 CSOB operated with 2.73% revenue margin and Komercni Banka produced total income worth 3.02% of assets.
