Based on a comparison of 119 countries in 2021, Uzbekistan ranked the highest in literacy rate among youth aged 15-24 years with 100.0% followed by Serbia and Estonia. On the other end of the scale was Chad with 35.2%, Central African Republic with 38.3% and Mali with 46.2%.
