Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2021, Iceland ranked the highest in dwellings sold as a percentage of all dwellings with 9.42% followed by Estonia and Romania. On the other end of the scale was Brazil with 1.14%, Greece with 1.14% and Poland with 1.36%.
