Based on a comparison of 130 countries in 2019, Rwanda ranked the highest in pupil to teacher ratio in primary education with 59.5 persons followed by Malawi and Mozambique. On the other end of the scale was Liechtenstein with 7.80 persons, Norway with 8.59 persons and Kuwait with 8.88 persons.
