Based on a comparison of 38 countries in 2014, China ranked the highest in goose and guinea fowl meat production with 2,443,000 tonnes followed by Hungary and Poland. On the other end of the scale was Jordan with 3.00 tonnes, South Korea with 29.0 tonnes and Haiti with 39.0 tonnes.
Total goose and guinea fowl meat production reached 2,602,928 tonnes in 2014 in the World according to Faostat. This is 4.2 % less than in the previous year and 25.3 % more than 10 years ago.
