Based on a comparison of 36 countries in 2013, Lithuania ranked the highest in deaths by cancer of cervix uteri per 100,000 female with 12.5 followed by Latvia and South Africa. On the other end of the scale was Italy with 1.35, Turkey with 1.36 and Finland with 1.96.
