Based on a comparison of 20 countries in 2005, USA ranked the highest in breast cancer measured by 5 year observed survival rate with 77.4% followed by Finland and Iceland. On the other end of the scale was Latvia with 56.9%, Czech Republic with 65.8% and Ireland with 69.8%.
