Based on a comparison of 44 countries in 2012, Lithuania ranked the highest in incidence of malignant neoplasms of cervix per 100,000 people (female) with 37.7 followed by South Africa and Estonia. On the other end of the scale was Turkey with 4.49, Switzerland with 4.70 and Finland with 5.21.
