Wustenrot Hypotecni banka's capital adequacy ratio reached 14.9% at the end of first quarter of 2017, down from 15.5% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 16.1% in 2Q2016 and an all time low of 12.7% in 4Q2014.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 14.9% at the end of first quarter of 2017, up from 12.9% compared to the same period of last year and down from 15.5% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 186% at the end of 1Q2017, up from 175% when compared to the same period of last year.
When compared to bank's main peers, Hypotecni Banka ended the first quarter of 2017 with a capital adequacy ratio at 34.1% and loans to deposits of 62,532%, Ceska Sporitelna with 19.1% and 71.4% respectively and Komercni Banka some 15.7% in terms of capital adequacy and 76.7% of loans to deposits at the end of the first quarter of 2017.
