Based on a comparison of 38 countries in 2014, Mexico ranked the highest in Average Annual Hours Actually Worked Per Worker with 2,228 hours followed by Costa Rica and South Korea. On the other end of the scale was Germany with 1,371 hours, Netherlands with 1,425 hours and Norway with 1,427 hours.
