Bank cost to income ratio reached 44.3% in 2020 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.59% less than in the previous year.
Historically, bank cost to income ratio in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of 51.7% in 2011 and an all time low of 44.2% in 2017.
