Bank loans as a share of bank deposits reached 61.9% in 2021 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.80% more than in the previous year.
Historically, bank loans as a share of bank deposits in Uganda reached an all time high of 92.8% in 2011 and an all time low of 48.5% in 2005.
