Bank loans reached USD 32,050 bil in 2012 in the European Union, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.950% more than in the previous year.
Historically, bank loans in the European Union reached an all time high of USD 33,698 bil in 2009 and an all time low of USD 12,096 bil in 1999.
