Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2015, Switzerland ranked the highest in basic price of soft wheat and spelt with 434 EUR/t followed by Portugal and Spain. On the other end of the scale was Ireland with 140 EUR/t, Austria with 145 EUR/t and Finland with 146 EUR/t.
