Based on a comparison of 12 countries in 2015, Slovenia ranked the highest in basic price of wine with 2,572 EUR/t followed by Austria and Portugal. On the other end of the scale was Germany with 149 EUR/t, Italy with 179 EUR/t and Luxembourg with 231 EUR/t.
