Butter and Ghee Production in Costa Rica

Butter and ghee production reached 6,775 tonnes in 2014 in Costa Rica, according to Faostat. This is 1.09% less than in the previous year.

Historically, butter and ghee production in Costa Rica reached an all time high of 6,900 tonnes in 2011 and an all time low of 1,300 tonnes in 1961.
