Butter and ghee production reached 697 tonnes in 2014 in Rwanda, according to Faostat. This is 5.27% less than in the previous year.
Historically, butter and ghee production in Rwanda reached an all time high of 736 tonnes in 2011 and an all time low of 64.0 tonnes in 1962.
