Consumer loans as a share of bank loans reached 165% in 2020 in Mexico, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.30% less than in the previous year.
Historically, consumer loans as a share of bank loans in Mexico reached an all time high of 258% in 2014 and an all time low of 3.80% in 2001.
