Consumer loans reached USD 121 bil in 2017 in Russia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 16.5% more than in the previous year.
Historically, consumer loans in Russia reached an all time high of USD 222 bil in 2013 and an all time low of USD 85.0 bil in 2009.
