Cottonseed oil production reached 4,000 tonnes in 2014 in Uganda, according to Faostat. This is 27.3% less than in the previous year.
Historically, cottonseed oil production in Uganda reached an all time high of 19,365 tonnes in 1967 and an all time low of 791 tonnes in 1980.
Uganda has been ranked 48th within the group of 90 countries we follow in terms of cottonseed oil production.
