Current account balance reached USD -2.76 bil in 2025 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 9.47% less than in the previous year.
Historically, current account balance in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of USD 142 bil in 1977 and an all time low of USD -226 bil in 1979.
