Based on a comparison of 43 countries in 2015, Germany ranked the highest in Deaths by Age - 90 years - Females with 21,952 followed by Russia and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Liechtenstein with 9.00, Kosovo with 33.0 and Iceland with 46.0.
