Diesel-Fuelled Cars (As % of New Cars Sold) in Ireland

Diesel-fuelled as a share of new cars sold reached 26.8% in 2022 in Ireland, according to ACEA. This is 20.1% less than in the previous year.

Historically, diesel-fuelled as a share of new cars sold in Ireland reached an all time high of 73.2% in 2014 and an all time low of 10.1% in 2000.
