Based on a comparison of 74 countries in 2009, Ghana ranked the highest in Firing Costs (Weeks of Wages) with 178 weeks followed by Egypt and Indonesia. On the other end of the scale was Austria with 2.00 weeks, Singapore with 4.00 weeks and Australia with 4.00 weeks.
