Fixed Line Penetration (As % of Population)

Based on a comparison of 173 countries in 2021, Monaco ranked the highest in fixed line penetration as a percentage of population with 117% followed by France and Cayman Islands. On the other end of the scale was Sierra Leone with 0.003%, Chad with 0.032% and Central African Republic with 0.037%.
