Foreign debt as a share of gdp reached 46.0% in 2011 in Albania, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 12.7% more than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt as a share of GDP in Albania reached an all time high of 75.0% in 1992 and an all time low of 15.4% in 1996.
