Foreign debt as a share of gdp reached 46.1% in 2011 in Montenegro, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 19.8% more than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt as a share of GDP in Montenegro reached an all time high of 56.5% in 2009 and an all time low of 32.3% in 2006.
