Foreign debt as a share of gdp reached 70.8% in 2011 in Romania, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 5.40% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt as a share of GDP in Romania reached an all time high of 74.8% in 2010 and an all time low of 2.00% in 1989.
