Foreign direct investments reached USD 9.07 bil in 2014 in Japan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 144% more than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign direct investments in Japan reached an all time high of USD 24.6 bil in 2008 and an all time low of USD -2.40 bil in 2006.
