Foreign direct investments reached USD 1,561 bil in 2014 in the World, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 11.1% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign direct investments in the World reached an all time high of USD 2,434 bil in 2007 and an all time low of USD 10.2 bil in 1970.
