Foreign exchange reserves including gold reached USD 3,137 bil in 2021 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 44.6% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign exchange reserves including gold in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of USD 8,211 bil in 2014 and an all time low of USD 40.0 bil in 1969.
