Fresh cream production reached 12,058 tonnes in 2014 in Slovenia, according to Faostat. This is 26.9% less than in the previous year.
Historically, fresh cream production in Slovenia reached an all time high of 21,700 tonnes in 2001 and an all time low of 9,414 tonnes in 1992.
