Gas production reached 49.0 bcm in 2017 in Egypt, according to the BP Statistical Review of World Energy. This is 21.8% more than in the previous year.
Historically, gas production in Egypt reached an all time high of 60.3 bcm in 2009 and an all time low of 0.048 bcm in 1975.
