Based on a comparison of 4 countries in 2015, Ukraine ranked the highest in general government consolidated gross debt as a share of GDP enp with 73.4% followed by Armenia and Georgia. On the other end of the scale was Belarus with 32.8%, Georgia with 41.4% and Armenia with 48.8%.
