Goat meat production reached 69,198 tonnes in 2017 in Iran, according to Faostat. This is 3.26% less than in the previous year.
Historically, goat meat production in Iran reached an all time high of 122,500 tonnes in 2007 and an all time low of 55,300 tonnes in 1961.
