Based on a comparison of 66 countries in 2022, China ranked the highest in grapefruit production with 5,150,000 tonnes followed by Vietnam and Mexico. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 10.0 tonnes, Cameroon with 129 tonnes and Portugal with 220 tonnes.
