Based on a comparison of 160 countries in 2021, Ireland ranked the highest in gross domestic savings as a share of GDP with 0.641 followed by Qatar and Singapore. On the other end of the scale was Somalia with -0.494, Liberia with -0.309 and Lebanon with -0.212.
