Hard coal production reached 251 kt in 2015 in Kyrgyzstan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 23.5% less than in the previous year.
Historically, hard coal production in Kyrgyzstan reached an all time high of 1,146 kt in 1992 and an all time low of 100 kt in 2006.
