Hard coal production reached 1,219 kt in 2015 in Norway, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 34.0% less than in the previous year.
Historically, hard coal production in Norway reached an all time high of 4,490 kt in 2007 and an all time low of 254 kt in 1996.
