Based on a comparison of 8 countries in 2022, Canada ranked the highest in hempseed production with 32,988 tonnes followed by Australia and Russia. On the other end of the scale was Turkey with 159 tonnes, Iran with 200 tonnes and Ukraine with 592 tonnes.
